The 6 components of a great relationship with your list

  • FREQUENCY: Minimum of 52 ‘touches’ a year IN ADDITION TO your direct sales contacts. THANK YOU is a nice one to include (e.g., at Thanksgiving).
  • CONSISTENCY: Means that some component in the 52 arrives as expected and anticipated on a regular schedule – as examples, a monthly newsletter, a Tuesday and Thursday email.
  • CONSTANCY: Means without interruption, lapse, or gap.
  • DIVERSITY: Means multi-media – mail, email, phone, audio, video etc.
  • CREATIVITY: Means entertaining, although not to the extent of sacrificing message.
  • QUALITY: Means including information, education, entertainment, interesting ‘stuff’ from an interesting person – not just ‘pitch’. “
